Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship to the United Kingdom

How long does shipping take?

All our products are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail 1st Class for smaller items , Our current processing time is 3-5 days for orders excluding delivery.

How do I track my order?

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information please allow some time for Royal Mail to update. Collection orders will receive a ready for pick up email .

Returns

Do you accept returns

Returns and Refunds:

In the rare event that you are not satisfied with your order, please email elderkrafts31@gmail.com so we are able to come up with a solution. 

Please note that personalised items are non refundable and/or if the item is incorrect due to buyer mistakes when inputting personalised information, we are not liable to refund. However, if the error lies with ElderKrafts, we can offer a refund or a replacement product to be sent out if you are happy to do so.

Damaged items:

Again in the rare case that your item(s) appear to have been damaged in transit to you, we can offer replacement items, we just ask for a photo of the damage so we can asses it. If the item(s) are faulty, we will require the item(s) in question to be sent back to us so. All of our items are inspected prior to being packaged and sent out to you, so please bear in mind that it is more than likely down to the courier rather than faulty items.

Collection

Collection is from Cumbernauld

Our collection times are

Mon-Thurs 9:30am - 4:15pm

Friday 9:30am - 2pm

Sat & Sun - Closed

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up

Do you offer customs?

During quieter times i can do , Please use the contact form to get in touch to discuss, A small charge may be added if i hand draw a design .

Cup Care Instructions

  • Cold Cups - Cold drinks only , Hand wash only , Do not pick peel or scrub , Wash with the softest part of your dish sponge with luke warm water.
  • Glass Cans - Suitable for hot & cold drinks however not boiling , Dry bamboo lids asap.

Washing Instructions

For our tote bags & clothing please wash inside out on a cold 30 degrees wash on a low spin cycle, Avoid fabric softners , No bleach , Iron on reverse with a low heat and Hang Dry .
